Heritage Vancouver Top 10 Endangered Sites
Heritage Vancouver's Top Ten most endangered heritage resources list is released each year in the spring. Last year the Heatley Block made the 2009 list, this year Strathcona (North of Hastings) takes spot number five again. North of Hastings Street, is home to some of Vancouver’s oldest buildings. While south of Hastings Street has undergone a revival in recent years, the heritage stock north of Hastings Street is deteriorating.
