The Zero Tolerance Graffiti Program was started in 2001 to remove graffiti from walls and to encourage cleaner rejuvenated street fronts to maintain and improve the value of Strathcona. SBIA has contracted Goodbye Graffiti Vancouver to remove graffiti tags from the first story of all SBIA members’ property.
